2025-2026 League Season - Important Notes
All teams must have a Compusport score keeper. Score keepers will need to enter & approve score sheets. Download the Compusport App on your smart phone. Make sure notifications are turned on to get alerts for your matches and special announcements from wherever you are.
Sanction fees: Week #1 of the season is "Start Up Discount” VNEA sanction fee of $25 per person (expires 5/31/26). After week #1 of the season VNEA sanction fee is $30. Any player that plays 3 weeks or more needs to pay the VNEA sanction fee. Plus the BCA $20 sanction fee (expires 12/31/25). First week a player plays they need to pay the $20 BCA sanction fee (updated new policy from BCA, players pay after 1 week played).
Pay both sanction fees through Compusport app. In app on match details go to “Pay My Fees”. Make sure your are in the current correct event, “BMW Billiards 2025-2026 Season & Summer 2025”. In app can update email, phone number, city & state through your settings account.
